Besides its aesthetic appeal, Aulika Evo also offers top performance with large water, coffee beans and coffee grounds tanks and the double hydraulic circuit to ensure smooth service without interruptions. For very high consumption requirements there is also an Aulika Evo version that can be connected directly to the water supply system.

One Touch cappuccino and latte macchiato and with the High-Speed Cappuccino function both the coffee and the foamed milk can be delivered simultaneously, reducing the waiting and at the same time preserving the incomparable characteristics of an Italian cappuccino.

The exclusive, completely automatic Pinless Wonder cappuccinatore guarantees the perfect milk foam at the right temperature for milk-based beverages. Cleaning and maintaining of the Aulika Evo is easy, thanks to the Maintenance Accessories Package supplied with the machine. The package includes a water filter, lubricating grease, the cleaning powder for the milk circuit and the cleaning tablets for the brewing unit.
