Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipping
    • Includes full tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipping
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We ship worldwide but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

While we carefully inspect all items before shipment, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • All original accessories and documentation must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened packages of Caffitaly Capsules
  • Descaler/Cleaner products
  • Filters that have been removed from original packaging
  • For Milk accessories (Pannarello, Frothers, Steam Wands) that show signs of use

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  3. Securely package the item(s) with all original materials
  4. Include the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package
  5. Ship using a trackable method to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or model changes):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the desired replacement item
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
  • Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
  • Exchanges typically add 3-5 additional business days to processing time compared to standard returns

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item (especially important for commercial machines and grinders):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may request return of the defective item for manufacturer inspection
